UPI SBI: Some users said on Twitter that they are not able to use SBI Services since a day before i.e. Sunday. Although the server outage has not been confirmed by the bank.
State Bank of India: If your account is also in State Bank of India (SBI), then this news is for you. Customers have complained to SBI (SBI), the largest public sector bank in the country, about UPI and net banking not working amid server outage. Some users said on Twitter that they are not able to use SBI Services since a day before i.e. Sunday itself. Although the server outage has not been confirmed by the bank.
Responding to user complaints
The complaints of the users are being answered by the official Twitter account of SBI. The representative of the bank wrote on the Twitter account that ‘Dear customer, we apologize for the inconvenience. You are requested to try again and let us know what is the problem. A large number of Twitter users have complained about the ‘extremely slow’ service of SBI Sarvaths.
A day earlier on Saturday, SBI tweeted that ‘INB/ YONO/ YONO Lite/ YONO Business/ UPI service suspended on April 1, 2023 from 13:30 to 16:45 due to ‘annual closing activities’ will not be available. While writing the news, when we tried to use SBI Net Banking, it did not work. Let us see the complaints made by Twitter users-

@TheOfficialSBI online banking of SBI is down for more than half a day and not yet resolved. Don’t know what’s happening. @RBI something should be done about it.
