Share Market Update: There has been a big decline in the shares of IT sector in Tuesday’s session.
Stock Market Closing On 6th June 2023: Due to the buying of investors in the last hour of Tuesday’s trading session, the Indian stock market has closed in the green mark. However, this increase is very minor. Earlier in the day’s trading, Sensex was trading with a decline of 233 and Nifty by 62 points. But at the time of market closing, the Sensex closed at 62,792 with a slight gain of 5 points and the Nifty of the National Stock Exchange also closed at 18,599 points with a slight gain of 5 points. Earlier, due to the huge fall in IT stocks, the market was trading with a decline throughout the day.
Sectorol update
In today’s trade, shares of Banking, Auto, Pharma, Real Estate, Infra, Healthcare and Oil & Gas sectors closed with gains, while shares of IT, Public Sector Banks, FMCG, Metals, Media and Energy and Consumer Durables sectors declined. Closed. Mid cap and small cap index have also closed with a boom. Out of 50 Nifty stocks, 28 closed with gains while 22 closed with losses. Whereas, out of 30 Sensex stocks, 17 closed up and 13 closed down.

Bullish stocks
In today’s business, UltraTech Cement closed with a gain of 2.93 per cent, Axis Bank 1.90 per cent, Kotak Mahindra 1.88 per cent, Tata Motors 1.68 per cent, Maruti Suzuki 1.42 per cent. While Infosys closed down by 1.98 per cent, Tech Mahindra by 1.88 per cent, TCS by 1.69 per cent.
Rise in investor wealth
Despite the decline in IT stocks, there has been a jump in the wealth of investors. At the end of today’s trading, the market cap of listed companies in BSE has increased to Rs 286.62 lakh crore, which was Rs 286.06 lakh crore in the previous trading session. That is, in today’s session, an increase of Rs 56000 crore has been seen in the wealth of the investors.
