Heavy fine will be imposed under the new traffic rules
Modified bikes can be easily spotted from a distance. Police keep an eye on them and in such a situation, the government has talked about imposing a fine of up to Rs 25,000 under the new rules. Apart from this, according to the violation of traffic rules, their driving license can also be canceled. So, to avoid any inconvenience from the traffic police, you must avoid any kind of violation on your part.

Modified two wheeler
If you are planning to modify your vehicles or have already done so, you can face a hefty fine of up to ₹5,000 or a jail term of six months.
Modified silencer
For some people, it is best to modify the silencer to make their car look cooler. But what they don’t know is that a modified silencer doesn’t comply with BS6 norms, which means it contributes to air pollution. The fine can go up to ₹10,000.
Fancy number plate
As per the Motor Vehicles Act, you should not use fancy number plates on your vehicle. Instead, following the instructions of the government, you should use the already defined style sheet for making number plates.
