Investments can be made in all three IPOs till September 21. The names of the two other companies are: Master Components Limited and Technogreen Solutions Limited.
Madhusudan Masala Limited IPO
This company doing spice business has opened its IPO. The issue has been subscribed 4.04 times as of 11:31 am. Subscription has been received 9.24 times in retail category, 1.95 times in NII and 0.01 times in QIB. A total of 3,400,000 shares have been issued to raise funds of Rs 23.80 crore. The price band is Rs 66 to Rs 70.
The lot size is 2000 shares. The listing platform is NSE and SME. The promoters’ pre-issue share holding is 100% and post-issue share holding is 73.64%. 28.41% shares have been reserved for Anchor Investors, 5.06% for Market Makers, 19% for QIBs, 14.29% for NII and 33.24% for Retail. The IPO will be listed on October 3.
Master Components Limited IPO
The company, which manufactures plastic engineering components and sub-assemblies, has issued 1,102,000 shares to raise funds of Rs 15.43 crore. 402,000 shares have been issued under the Offer for Sale. Ratak IPO has been subscribed 0.07 times at 11:41 am. Price band is Rs 140 and lot size is 1000 shares. The IPO will be listed on September 29.
Technogreen Solutions Limited IPO
This company providing environmental consultancy services has opened its IPO today. 1,944,000 shares have been issued with a target of raising Rs 16.72 crore. The listing of the issue will take place on 29 September 2023. The listing platform is BSE and SME. Price is Rs 86. The lot size is 1600 shares. The IPO has been subscribed 0.20 times as of 11:49 am.
