Tata Motors Dividend Record Date: Tata Motors has fixed the record date for the last dividend to be given for the financial year 2022-23. The company’s shares started with a boom on Tuesday morning. However, till the time of writing the news, these shares have come on the red mark.
New Delhi. Tata Motors had declared a dividend of Rs 2 for each Ordinary Share and Rs 2.10 for each ‘A’ Ordinary Share held by its investors. The face value of the shares of the company is Rs. Now the record date has been announced for this. Tata Motors has fixed July 29 as the record date for the final dividend for the financial year 2022-23. Dividend will be distributed to the investors after the dividend is approved in the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The company told in the information given to the market that if this permission is given in the AGM, then the dividend will be given by August 14, 2023. Shares of Tata Motors had started well in the morning but at present they are trading down about 1 per cent. Brokerage firm Sharekhan has expressed hope of a rise in this stock. The firm has given it a target price of Rs 633. This share is trading around Rs 563 at 1.45 pm. According to Sharekhan, there can be a jump of Rs 80 in this.
Will cross 52-week high
If Sharekhan’s forecast turns out to be correct, then this stock will cross its 52-week high. Its 52-week high is Rs 576. It is trading below Rs 7 from its high. The stock had reached a level of Rs 571 in Tuesday’s trade. Shares of Tata Motors have risen nearly 32 per cent in the last one year. On the other hand, if we talk about 2023 only, then it has increased by 45 percent. The market cap of the company is Rs 2.02 lakh crore on NSE. Most experts have given it a Buy rating.
Income-Profit
The company received an income of Rs 1,05,932 crore in the last quarter of the last financial year. The profit of the company reached Rs 5408 crore during this period. While the company had a loss of Rs 1033 crore in the same quarter of the previous financial year. On an annual basis, Tata Motors, which has been suffering continuous losses since 2019, has made a profit of Rs 2414 crore so far this year.
