Don’t make the mistake of drinking water after eating these things
Banana

After eating banana, especially children make the mistake of drinking water. But one should avoid drinking water for at least half an hour after eating banana. Doing so can harm the digestive system. Actually, banana contains high amount of starch and when this amount of starch mixes with water, it can cause heaviness and gas problem in the stomach.

Citrus fruits
One should also avoid drinking water after eating citrus fruits such as kiwi, orange and seasonal fruits. The amount of acid present in these citrus fruits can combine with the acid already present in the stomach and cause acidity by disrupting the digestion process.

Milk

Drinking water after drinking milk harms the digestive system. This is because if you consume water immediately after or before drinking milk, it can affect digestion and absorption of nutrients. Which can cause problems of heaviness in the stomach, acidity and indigestion.

Cold things-
