Method to make Fermented Amla-
1- First of all take a clean glass jar.
2- Add 1 glass of water in it.
3- After this, add 1 pinch of turmeric and 1 teaspoon salt in the water.
4- Take 2 fresh gooseberries and make small cuts in each one with a knife.
5- Put these cut gooseberries in a jar and close the lid.
6- Let this jar remain at room temperature for 3-4 days. So that the fermentation process can be completed.
