Too much water
Drinking 1-2 glasses of water at night is fine, but drinking more than 500 ml can lead to waking up 2-3 times a night to use the restroom, which can cause frequent sleep disruptions. Frequent sleep disruptions can lead to fatigue, irritability, and weakened immunity the next day. People with kidney or heart disease are at increased risk of nocturia (frequent urination at night) and swelling.

Tea and Coffee
