Stock Market Opening: Market falters due to heavy fall in IT shares, Sensex breaks over 600 points, Nifty below 17700

Stock Market Opening Today: The movement of the domestic stock market is very slow today and the market is trading with a decline. The weakness of IT stocks has worked to drag the market down and they are broken.

Stock Market Opening: A strong decline is being seen in the stock market today and IT stocks have the biggest hand in this decline. After the quarterly results of Infosys, which came last week, a decline in IT stocks was being predicted and the same has happened today.

How open market

The BSE Sensex fell 45.10 points, or 0.075 percent, to open at the level of 60,385.90. However, trading has started with a slight rise in Nifty today and it was able to open at 17,863 with a gain of 35.00 points i.e. 0.20 per cent.

Sensex-Nifty condition after 5 minutes of market opening

Five minutes after the opening of the stock market, the BSE Sensex was trading at 59,820.55, down 610.45 points, or 1.01 per cent. A big drop of 600 points is being seen in this. Apart from this, the NSE’s Nifty was trading at 17,674.90 with a decline of 153.10 points, or 0.86 per cent.

Strong fall in IT stocks

Today the IT index is seeing a decline of more than 6 per cent and Infosys stock was witnessing a huge decline of more than 10 per cent. Tech Mahindra’s stock fell more than 7 percent. Wipro, HCL Tech is seeing a decline of more than 4 percent. Shares like Mindtree, Persistent Systems, have also slipped. TCS stock saw a decline of more than 3 per cent.

Condition of Sensex and Nifty shares

Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 17 stocks are seeing a boom and 13 stocks are trading with a decline. On the other hand, 28 out of 50 stocks of NSE Nifty are seeing a boom. Downtrend dominated in 20 stocks and 2 stocks were trading unchanged.

The top Sensex stocks that are trading in the green are PowerGrid, UltraTech Cement, IndusInd Bank, Nestle, Titan, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, HUL, SBI, Sun Pharma, Bajaj Finance, M&M, Asian Paints, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Steel, NTPC, Tata Motors, Maruti, Bajaj Finserv and ITC are the names of the stocks.

Which stocks of Sensex are broken

Among the BSE Sensex stocks that declined today are Reliance Industries, Bharti Airtel, L&T, HDFC Bank, HDFC, Wipro, TCS, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra and the biggest share of Infosys is trading with a decline of 11.37 per cent.
