Stock Market Closing On 10th May 2023: Wednesday’s trading session has been great for the Indian stock market. The market had slipped down after opening with a boom in the morning. But shopping returned in the market after noon. Due to which the market again returned to the green mark. At the end of today’s trading, the BSE Sensex closed at 61,940 with a jump of 179 points and the National Stock Exchange’s Nifty closed at 18,315 points with a jump of 49 points.
Condition of the sector
In today’s trading session, shares of sectors like Auto, Banking, FMCG, Oil & Gas, Consumer Durables, Infra, Energy, Media closed higher. While the Pharma, Healthcare and Metals sectors closed with a decline. In today’s trading session, the midcap and smallcap index have also closed with a boom. Out of 30 Sensex stocks, 21 closed with gains and 9 closed with losses. Whereas, out of 50 stocks of Nifty, 36 stocks closed with a boom and 14 with a decline.

In today’s trading session, IndusInd Bank closed with a gain of 2.84 per cent, Power Grid 1.58 per cent, Bajaj Finance 1.24 per cent, Tata Motors 1.17 per cent, Reliance 0.69 per cent, Marutu Suzuki 0.59 per cent, NTPC 0.48 per cent. While Infosys closed down by 0.59 per cent, Sun Pharma by 0.41 per cent, SBI by 0.34 per cent, Larsen by 0.30 per cent, Tata Steel by 0.27 per cent, Tech Mahindra by 0.19 per cent.
Increase in wealth of investors
आज के सत्र में निवेशकों की संपत्ति में उछाल देखने को मिली है. आज बाजार बंद होने पर बीएसई पर लिस्टेड कंपनियों का मार्केट कैप 277.10 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा है जबकि मंगलवार को 276.61 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा था. यानि आज के सत्र में निवेशकों की संपत्ति में 50,000 करोड़ रुपये का उछाल देखने को मिला है.
