Tangy Sprouts Chaat

Mung bean and black gram sprouts are considered extremely beneficial in the weight loss journey as they are protein rich, but eating them every day can be boring. To make sprouts tasty, add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies to it. Now add lemon juice to give it a tangy flavour or you can add some finely chopped raw mangoes. Add salt and crushed black pepper according to taste. Your tasty chaat will be ready

Moong-Makhana Chaat

For snacks, you can make Moong Makhana Chaat. Soak the moong in water overnight and take it out of the water in the morning. Keep this lentil in a fine cloth or sieve so that no water remains at all. Now add a little Desi Ghee in the pan and fry the lentils well so that the remaining moisture is reduced and the rawness of the lentils also goes away. Now dry roast the makhana till it becomes crunchy. Mix both the things and serve by adding tamarind-mint chutney. This chaat should be eaten immediately, otherwise the crunch of makhana is reduced.

Peanuts, Puffed Rice Chaat

You can eat peanuts, puffed rice chaat i.e. peanuts and puffed rice chaat in snacks. To make this, dry roast both the things so that they get crunch. Now mix roasted peanuts, puffed rice in a bowl. Add chopped onion, tomato, green coriander and green chillies to it. After this, add mint chutney and tamarind chutney and enjoy the chaat.

Sweet corn chaat

First of all, boil the corn grains. Now separate them from the water and take them out in a bowl and add finely chopped green chilies, green coriander, lemon juice, chopped onions, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and mix well. Enjoy this chaat.

Make chaat of boiled chickpeas
If you don’t like sprouts, then you can boil black chickpeas and eat them. You can also serve it as chaat. To make chaat, cook the chickpeas a little more. After this, add basic spices like onion, tomato, green chili, tamarind chutney, sweet chutney as per taste, crushed chili, black pepper and roasted cumin powder, salt and enjoy the chaat.
