Gold Price Today 14 July 2023 A slight rise has been seen in the prices of gold and silver today. In the international market, gold is trading with a slight decline at $ 1961.30 an ounce. Whereas the rate of silver is $ 25.01 per ounce. The price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold remains below 59500.
There has been a slight increase in the price of gold and silver on Friday. According to the latest rates issued by the Indian Bullion and Jewelery Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold is Rs 59,350, which was Rs 59,329 yesterday. The cost of 22 carat gold is Rs 57,930. Whereas, the price of silver is Rs 73,592 per kg.
Gold and silver price in international market
In the international market, there has been a slight decline in the price of gold and it is down by 0.13 percent at $ 1961.30 an ounce. Silver is trading 0.24 per cent higher at $25.01 an ounce.
Gold is trading in a narrow range after the US Fed indicated to raise interest rates. In the coming time, inflation data and payroll data in the US will play a big role in deciding the price of gold.
Futures gold price
There was a slight increase in the price of gold in the futures market on Friday. The price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 13 to Rs 59,252. The rise in the MCX gold contact price for August was attributed to creation of new positions in the market by traders. So far 9,488 lots have been traded in the market.
Silver futures price
In the futures market on Friday, the price of silver has increased by Rs 94 and it has become Rs 75,420 per kg. On MCX, 18,384 lots were traded in contracts expiring in September. Analysts said that positive trend in the market mainly supported silver prices.
