The special thing is that these flats will be available at affordable prices. DDA has said that the price of 14,000 flats will be in the budget of common people and people can easily buy from it. Please inform that these are the flats, which were not sold even in the old schemes. DDA has completely removed the defects of the flats, as well as reduced their prices.
DDA has said that this scheme will be launched after the meeting of DDA to be held this week. The price of the flats will be kept according to the market price. Like the earlier scheme of DDA, this scheme will also be online. People living in Delhi-NCR or any corner of the country can apply in this scheme. Those who already have a house in Delhi can also apply, provided the size of their house should not exceed 67 sqm.
DDA will launch mega housing plan
According to DDA, special care has been taken of basic facilities in all the flats. Along with this, connectivity has also been taken care of through metro connectivity, sewage treatment plant, water supply and other means of public transport. This scheme will be an online housing scheme, which is operated by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). Significantly, in the month of September last year, DDA started the online running housing scheme. Details of the number, price, location, size etc. of the flats available under this scheme were also released. These flats were of 1BHK, which ranged from a minimum of Rs 10 lakh and a maximum of Rs 22 lakh. DDA had made a plan to sell it on first come first serve basis, which could not be successful.
