In this, there is a facility to book a flat in a preferred area by paying a token amount. 1-BHK flats are being provided by DDA at Narela, Siraspur, Rohini, Loknayak Puram, 2-BHK flats at Narela and Dwarka, and 3-BHK flats at Jasola.

Flats are available very cheap

According to the information, houses are being made available by DDA for less than Rs 10 lakh only. The price of a 1-BHK flat in Narela ranges from Rs 9.89 lakh and a 1-BHK flat in Loknayakapuram ranges from Rs 26.98 to Rs 28.47 lakh. Whereas, the price of 3-BHK flat is Rs 2.08 to 2.18 crore. The price of a 2-BHK flat in Narela is Rs 1 crore and in Dwarka is Rs 1.23 to 1.33 crore.

According to the information about booking of 50 thousand,

registration for booking flats has started, which can be done till 12 noon on July 10. In this scheme of DDA, you can book a flat by paying only 50 thousand rupees.
