Dangers of drinking water after eating bananas
In Ayurveda it is forbidden to drink water after eating any fruit and the same applies to bananas. Actually, banana is heavy in effect and after eating it, it takes a long time to digest. If you drink water immediately after eating it, then you may have problems of indigestion, gas, flatulence, acidity and even constipation. Not only water, one should not drink any kind of liquid after one hour of eating banana.
If there is cough, then banana shake will do harm.
Ayurveda says that people who have kapha dosha should not consume banana with milk. Banana shake also comes in this because milk and banana are mixed in it. If you have cough defect, then you should not take any kind of dairy product with banana. This can spoil your digestion. In Ayurveda, the emergence of skin allergies has also been talked about by consuming bananas and milk.
Avoid eating banana at night
Banana is a healthy fruit but due to its heaviness, it is advised not to eat it at night. Its cold effect can also make you cough, mucus and chest tightness. If you eat banana at night, there will be a problem in its digestion, due to which sleep can also be affected.
