According to the information given by Adani Group, the company is involved in the business of ownership and lease of aircraft. This company is based in Gandhinagar, which has not started its operations yet. The authorized share capital of the company is Rs 2.5 crore. Its 25,00,000 shares are divided at a price of Rs 10 per stock.
Adani Group is also actively working in aviation industries. During September 2022, Adani Group had added Adani Aviation Fuel Limited. This subsidiary was established to engage in sourcing, transportation, supply and trading of fuel. Adani Group is focused on rapidly expanding business in this sector.
